Healthy You Plan

My “Healthy You” Plan is a bespoke weight management plan designed for complete beginners and created specifically for you.

It is an 8-week plan that will help you lose weight and kick-start your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

It is different to other online plans you may have come across before in that I will keep in touch and support you every step of the way as well as introduce some basic fitness into your plan which will aid weight loss. 


It is a plan that will introduce positive changes to your eating habits and will set you on a path to long-term health and fitness lifestyle changes.


Importantly, it will get you results and help you take that first difficult step.

Wherever you are on your journey I will make sure you are supported every step of the way. 

Get Energised Plan

Sports nutrition can seem like a scientific minefield for even the most experienced athletes and with so many sports enhancing food and drink products on the market claiming to make you fitter and stronger, it is hard to know what, if any, might be right for you. 


It is common for people not have enough knowledge around this area and then make mistakes such as not eating enough of the right foods prior to exercising, not hydrating properly or getting the right nutrients back into their system post workout to aid recovery and muscle development. 


There is also a thought that you can eat whatever you want when you exercise but that is not quite correct too.
