​Running is a really simple way to exercise wherever you are, just pull on your trainers and off you go. It is also an amazing way to travel and see places. What better way to see a new city than to get up for an early morning run and explore the streets on foot.

Here we share our thoughts from our years of running and how we got restarted after years of inactivity. We started slowly from a 15 min run to a 5K and recently, we both did an ultramarathon exploring around Edinburgh. We enjoyed our experience thoroughly and would like to share some tips we have picked up along the way.
